The Georgia Legislative AAPI Caucus

Jan. 17, 2023, members of the Georgia AAPI Caucus held a press conference to announce its new leadership team and its priorities for the 2023 legislative session on the South Wing Steps of the Georgia State Capitol.

The Georgia Legislative AAPI Caucus is one of the largest caucuses for AAPI legislators in the nation.

The bipartisan Georgia Legislative AAPI Caucus is comprised of members from the House and Senate and includes 11 voting members for the 2023 legislative session.

The caucus seeks to increase AAPI representation at all levels of government and, in doing so, ensure that AAPI Georgians have a strong voice at the Capitol.

At the press conference, members of the caucus introduced its leadership team and discussed some of its key legislative priorities for the 2023 legislative session.
